Policy

I. Concept

• “Website” is an information system used to establish an electronic information page of a brand presented in the form of symbols, numbers, letters, images, sounds and other forms of information serving the provision of information and use of information in cyberspace.
• “Website Content” means all information, data, documents, sources, texts, designs, graphics, interfaces, images, audio files, inventions, trademarks and trade names. Thewy Group’s trademarks, logos, products, services, trade secrets or other materials posted and/or created on the Website. All Website Content is the legal property and ownership of Thewy Group.
• “Terms of Use” means the terms of use of the Website stated here and posted on the Website.
• “User” means an individual and/or organization accessing the Website to access and use the Content on the Website.

II. Intellectual property rights

1. The Website and the Content on the Website are owned/copyrighted by the trademark and/or third party licensor of Thewy Group, protected under the provisions of the Intellectual Property Law of Vietnam and other relevant laws. The User has no rights, claims or interests in relation to the Content on the Website. The User agrees not to take any measures to establish or exercise any rights or claims in relation to the Content on the Website.
2. Except in the following cases: (i) as provided in Article 1, Part IV; or (ii) with the prior written consent of Thewy Group; or (iii) permitted under Vietnamese law, the following acts will be considered as violations of the intellectual property rights of Real Thewy Group, specifically:
3. Any act of using, copying, reproducing, republishing, editing, storing, copying, transmitting, distributing, renting, leasing, selling or commercially exploiting any Content on the Website in any way;
4. Distributing, translating, editing, creating derivative works, interfering with the Content on the Website in any way;
5. Other acts that violate intellectual property rights under the Law on Intellectual Property and related legal regulations.

III. Our rights

1. Change and/or terminate part or all of the Content on the Website without prior notice or providing any reason for the updated or supplemented content.
2. Requesting Users to stop accessing the Website and/or using the Content on the Website in the following cases: a. Violation of Thewy Group's intellectual property rights under Part II of these Terms of Use; b. Use the Content on the Website in cases restricted or prohibited under Part IV of these Terms of Use.
3. Require the User to compensate for any damages arising (if any) in case the User violates the provisions of these Terms of Use.
    

IV. Rights and responsibilities of the User

1. Use the Content on the Website (view, extract content (print, download, forward, ...) or share with others) but only for personal/internal purposes and not for commercial purposes under the conditions that You must cite the source as well as maintain the link (link/url) to the Content on the Website.
2. Ensure: (i) Comply with the Terms of Use and the provisions of Vietnamese law related to accessing the Website and using the Content on the Website; (ii) Not to interfere or affect other users' access to the Website and use of the Content on the Website; (iii) Not to interfere with the operation and management of the Brand's Website.
3. Terminate access to the Website and/or use of the Content on the Website in the event that the User does not agree with one or some or all of the Terms of use.

V. Restrictions on use

1. We do not accept any use of the Content on the Website in one of the following cases:
2. Undermining the regime of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
3. Violating the personal freedom of others; and/or humiliating, defaming, slandering others; and/or causing damage or disadvantage to others.
4. Disturbing public order;
5. Committing acts that violate Vietnamese law.
6. Disseminating and distributing information of third parties without their consent.
7. Using the Content on the Website for business and/or commercial purposes, including but not limited to contests, betting, exchanges, advertising or multi-level marketing without the written consent of Thewy Group.
8. Transmit electronic files infected with viruses that may damage and/or impair the operation of other electronic devices.
9. Use robots, spiders and/or any other means to monitor and collect Content on the Website for any reuse purposes without the prior written permission of Thewy Group.
10. Use any device, software and/or any method to violate or intentionally violate the operation of the Website.
11. Any action that is illegal and/or prohibited by Vietnamese law.
12. Acts that violate the legitimate rights and interests of Thewy Group.
13. Any action that Real Logistics believes is inappropriate or damages the brand.
